About us
Pro-Path is a TÜ V ISO 9001:2015 certified company which was founded in 1995. We specialize in a variety of screws, including self-drilling screws, window screws, roofing screws, security screws, drywall screws, tapping screws, and concrete screws.
Our team is comprised of professional technicians and well experienced workers in the aspect of production, packing and delivery. We closely monitor every process in production and delivery, from wire-drawing to forming, hardening and plating, to inspection and shipment. Since we treasure the partnership with our customers, we would always try to find the best solutions to all of your problems. PRICE:
We purchase raw material from CSC (China Steel Company in Taiwan) regularly at a reasonable rate. With the assistance of experienced workers, we are able to lessen the production time and thus save cost. Therefore, we always can offer a competitive price to our customers.
PACKING:
The packing options available in our facility include bulk, small box, plastic bag, designed/colored box, with plain/color label and barcode. We pack the goods with pallets that fulfill European or US standards and are compliant with the Fumigation and EUR-EPAL or CE requirements.
QUALITY:
We have set up a QC Department to carry out detailed inspections during different phases of production, such as tensile strength for wire, dimensions of head, point, and thread for semi-products, surface/core hardness, drilling capacity, torque strength and case depth after heat treatment. After the product is done with finishing, we will test for the thickness of plating and ensure compliance with RoHs for CR3+ zinc plating and CHROMATE-free plating. We carry out salt spray test for Ruspert and Dacromet coatings. We make sure the products pass corresponding inspections before being shipped.

Pro-path wurde am 1995 gegründet. Unser Unternehmen wurde von TÜ V 9001:2015 zertifiziert.Wir sind im Bereich der Schrauben tätig und spezialisieren uns im Schrauben aller Art. z.B. Bohrschrauben, Beschlagschrauben, Fassadenbauschrauben, Beschlagschrauben, Sicherheitschrauben, Blechschrauben, Beton Schrauben und Edelstahl Schrauben.

QUALITÄT :
Wir errichten eine Abteilung, die Qualität kontrollieren. Diese Abteilung prüfen alle Tests. Zum erste wir prüfen der Draht auf die Zugfestigzeit und die Größe an Kopf, Schlitze und Gewinde. Nachdem Wärmebehandlung, prüfen wir mechanische Eigenschaft, die enthält Oberfläche, Mitte Härtegrad, Bohr-Test und Drehmoment Stärke. Danach prüfen wir die Dicke des galvanischer Ü berzug, die über 3 Mikro CR6+ und RpHAs Test stimmen in CR3+ überein und ohne CHROMATE. Sowie prüfen wir Salt Sparz Test für Ruspert und Dacromate Ü berzug. Am letzten, untersuchen wir alle Lirferung bevor Packung.
Packung :
Wir haben viele Art auf die Packung, z.B. lose gepackt, Schachtel gepackt order Plastbeutel gepavkt mit Packstück, Etikett, Strichcode und so weiter. Die Palette stimmen in eurasischer order amerikanischer Typ überein. Außerdem wir will alle Partie kontrollieren.
